J-Palm Consumer Inc. (JPL) is a leading Palm Oil and Palm Kernel Oil manufacturer, producing natural food and personal care products. Committed to sustainability and quality, we seek a proactive and detail-oriented Online Sales Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries, process orders, and address customer concerns via social media platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook), KF Store, Red light Store, and phone communications.
- Organize and schedule customer orders for timely delivery, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Assist customers after purchase, offering information, resolving issues, and collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with management to analyze customer feedback and queries, recommending strategies, promotional campaigns, and product enhancements to boost business performance and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels at KF Stores and warehouses to facilitate efficient sales operations.
- Undertake additional tasks as needed to meet the company's operational requirements, contributing to brainstorming sessions for departmental improvements.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in customer service, sales coordination, or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
